About the Role This role is responsible for providing inbound customer support via phone and KakaoTalk , managing system and upgrade orders, supporting online store operations, and ensuring accurate system and order management. This is a 2-month fixed-term internship position (July–August 2026) for a university student. The intern will support the Customer Service team during the peak season by assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks, including product processing and basic customer service activities.
