Pharmacy Manager - Pharmacy - Full-Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt)

Under general supervision of the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Clinical Pharmacy Manager manages the clinical pharmacy program including developing, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating clinical pharmacy services that promote desirable patient outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary team to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new clinical programs and protocols, and systems/ performance measures including attending committee meetings.
