Senior Production Supervisor Position Summary Tarkett is seeking an experienced manufacturing leader to serve as Senior Production Supervisor at our Chagrin Falls manufacturing campus. This position is a working leadership role responsible for supporting daily production operations while also leading and developing assigned Production Supervisors across paired day and night shifts. The Senior Production Supervisor helps ensure consistent execution across the North and South plants in safety, quality, delivery, cost, staffing, housekeeping, and employee accountability. The successful candidate will provide hands-on operational leadership, strengthen shift-to-shift communication, coach supervisors, and support continuous improvement through World Class Manufacturing practices.…
