Bid Manager – Infrastructure & Marine Projects, Dubai (French-Speaking)

We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to lead complex tendering activities for major infrastructure projects across the UAE, with future involvement in marine and infrastructure opportunities across international markets. Based in Dubai, you will take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that technical, commercial, contractual, and operational aspects are fully aligned throughout the tender process. The role requires a combination of engineering understanding, commercial awareness, leadership, and strategic thinking. Operating at a level comparable to project management, you will work closely with engineering, operations, commercial, and management teams to develop competitive and executable project proposals.
