Open work orders and coordinate the return (RMA) of systems and/or equipment requiring Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) repair, and/or local vendor replacement. Responsible for completing tasks within scheduled time frame and informing management immediately of any situation which would hinder timely completion. Also assist other departments as requested.
