Closing Date: Friday 28th August 2026 Fueled by bold ambition A Cost Engineer at Cadillac Formula 1 ® team plays an important role within the Programme Office, providing financial insight to key cost drivers of components and assemblies, as well as data-driven analysis to identify cost reduction initiatives across the lifecycle of a part. Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the output of the Cost Engineers role will contribute to informed decision-making, greater cost efficiency, and strong cost predictability. Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, that helps influence design-for-cost considerations.
