About this role
Position Summary:
The Senior Laboratory Engineer performs a diverse number of engineering tasks in support of Cadwell’s industry-leading neuro-diagnostics equipment. They drive the continuous maintenance and improvement of active and released products, support design engineering with research and development activities in the pursuit of new products, and oversee aspects of the transfer of new designs to manufacturing.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Root Cause Analysis: Analyzes nonconformed production floor material and field returns, conducting root-cause analysis to understand failure modes; possible design improvement opportunities; oversees and drives design changes to continuously improve the reliability and performance of Cadwell’s products…
