Service Center CSCS TX Essential Job Duties: • Develop and execute category plans supporting Caliber’s financial objectives and operational needs. • Lead supplier negotiations focused on cost improvement, service reliability, and innovation opportunities. • Conduct supplier performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track results and escalate underperformance. • Collaborate with field operations and Finance to ensure rebate capture, cost savings, and budget alignment. • Translate sourcing strategies into actionable processes and systems for the procurement team. • Coach and develop direct reports to strengthen procurement capabilities and accountability.
