About this role

What is the Role? We are seeking a Full-time Assistant Store Manager - Responsible for Programming and Special Events, to join our Miami team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return! This includes: SELLING FLOOR Support the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store and teams meet KPI targets Collaborate with General Manager to develop clear action plans for the store and team and strive to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each plan Act as a results-driven role model for the team to impact sales generation and exceptional customer service…
