About this role
About the roleWe are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Example Corp. In this role, you will support the commercial success of our projects across utilities and civil engineering, ensuring that costs are controlled, risks are managed, and value is delivered for both our clients and our business.
You will work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on budget, within contract terms, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including NEC and JCT contracts.
Prepare and review cost estimates, valuations, and cost/value reconciliations.
