About this role

CampusWorks is looking for Human Resources/Payroll Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations. The consulting engagements may be remote or onsite and can include serving as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR, leading a Business Process Review project, or optimizing their HRIS system. The ideal candidates will have expertise in the business process associated with the employment lifecycle including, but not limited to: Position Management, Recruitment and Selection, Hiring, Onboarding, Faculty Credentialing, Faculty Workload, Adjunct Management, Benefits, Time and Leave Reporting, Performance Management, Payroll, Analytics and Reporting.
