About this role

What you’ll do: Develop analytical models, frameworks, and recommendations that support in-store space allocation and retail resource planning decisions across Canadian Tire Corporation’s retail banners. Analyze sales, margin, productivity, and operational data to identify opportunities, evaluate business trade-offs, and guide in-store space allocation decisions using Customer-Centric Growth (CCG) principles. Partner with the Enterprise Assortment Planning team by providing analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform performance guardrails and measurement of business outcomes. Prepare reporting, presentations, and executive materials that communicate insights, recommendations, and performance trends to stakeholders and senior leadership.…
