About this role

As a GTM Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to help scale our growing sales and marketing organization. You’ll act as a strategic thought partner, working with them to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top talent for a wide range of business-critical roles. This is an opportunity for a recruiter who is excited to grow their craft in a fast-moving environment, build strong relationships, and have meaningful ownership over hiring outcomes.
