The Opportunity:

With exceedingly low turnover rates, we’re constantly growing, and that’s where this new opportunity comes in – for a Mechanical Cost Estimator to organize, maintain, and expand our Job Order Contracting (JOC) unit cost database. The ideal candidate should have experience with CSI MasterFormat Divisions21 through 23, 33, 40 and 46 construction items, details, and costs to be successful. This position may be filled anywhere in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
Research and generate new items and CSI MasterFormat divisions to the database including descriptions, scope clarifications, markups, labor, material, and equipment costs
