Principal Associate, Assessments & Team Effectiveness, Enterprise Learning Capital One’s Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a Principal Associate, Assessments & Team Effectiveness, to serve as a Program Manager partnering with learning consultants to analyze, identify and recommend learning experiences for people leaders and teams across Capital One. As a member of L&D’s Horizontal Operations team, you will orchestrate strategic and tactical delivery of our Assessments and Team Effectiveness Portfolio, managing day to day operations, partnering with 3rd Party Suppliers, and working across the organization to deliver learning solutions that meet business imperatives.
