Steriliser Operator

Job Summary Operators are responsible for the sterilisation of all scheduled validated products in line with procedures, the movement of all QA-released non-sterile products from the packaging areas to the staging areas of the sterilisation suites, the preparation and routine sterilisation of each lot. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Participate as an active member of the Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams. Communicate quality issues and developments at relevant meetings. Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Ethylene Oxide Sterilisation Suite. Assist in sterilisation validation activities. Preparation and retrieval of Process Challenge Devices as part of the sterilisation process whilst complying the relevant safety and operating procedures.…
