About this role

At Six Flags Qiddiya City , the Assistant Manager – IT Operations is responsible for overseeing daily IT operations to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of all technology platforms supporting park operations. This role manages IT staff, coordinates technical support, and resolves hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime in a fast-paced, operational environment. The position plays a critical role in supporting a 24/7 operational business , including shift-based operations, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
