About this role

Facilities Manager --------------------------------------------------------------- The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, building and facilities at CareOregon-owned buildings. This position plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs. This position also assists with the review of leases and real estate purchase contracts from a facilities perspective, as well as manages staff and contractors.
