Job Summary: The Supervisor, Care Management provides front line management and support to Clinical Care Managers in the execution of care coordination tasks for members requiring RN and BH care managers. Essential Functions: Functions as a “hands-on” supervisor, assisting in day-to-day operations and supervision of staff with adherence to departmental expectations. Provide direct coaching and mentoring to care management staff. Ensure performance management is implemented across the team. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing support of the departmental team. Ensures policies and procedures are fully and effectively implemented.
