Director, LTL & Truckload | Cargomatic Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Experienced Compensation: $150,000 -$180,000 depending on experience, skills, and location. About the role Cargomatic moves freight across full truckload, over-the-road, local, and LTL. This role owns how that freight gets moved. You will run daily transportation operations across every mode, keep carriers compliant and capacity covered, and own execution from awarded freight through on-time delivery. You will also price FTL and LTL opportunities as they come up, so a strong operator who can read a lane and build a smart quote will do well here. You will work across sales, dispatch, compliance, and customer service, and you will be the person accountable when freight has to move clean and on time.…
