Job Title: Assistant Director of Intercultural Life Department: Office of Intercultural Life (OIL) Classification: Exempt Grade: 10 FTE/Working Schedule: 0.92 FTE (11- month position) Position Overview: Carleton College seeks an Assistant Director of the Office of Intercultural Life (OIL) to provide office administration and program coordination. The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director, Associate Director, and student employees to design, implement and assess programs that support OIL’s mission. In particular, the Assistant Director will help develop and coordinate programs, manage student employees, and ensure efficient operations of the OIL office.
