First we improve lives on the frontline through delivery of public services. Secondly, we use our knowledge to change 'the system', to fix the complex web that can trap and disempower those it was set up to help. Where you fit in: We are delivering a future focused skills programme for people aged 18+ with a barrier to employment. Working within our Employability division, this is a remote and outreach-based part time role. You will be an experienced facilitator working within local communities to support service users to progress into apprenticeships, employment, education and training opportunities.…
