Job Description Position Summary: The Manager, Demand Planning, is accountable for working cross functionally with strategic Commercial Teams, such as Sales, Revenue Growth Management and Beer Analytics to deliver a consensus depletion forecast as part of the IBP process, enabling effective operational planning, financial guidance organizational execution signals, and strategic direction at the enterprise level. This role involves leading a team of Demand planners and an analyst, with the goal of improving forecast accuracy through creating a forecast using foundational machine learning modeling in conjunction with the Data Science team and combined with enrichment of information from collaboration with Commercial partners & senior leadership.…
