About the Role As a Retail Learning and Development Partner at Chanel, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisors (JAs) to become the front face of CHANEL. Your mission is to build their confidence, groom their presence, and elevate their prestige. You will be responsible for customizing and delivering training, providing on-the-floor coaching, and supporting people development to ensure our JAs can create emotional connections with clients and embody the brand's values.
