About this role

CDR Maguire Inc., a national multi-disciplinary engineering firm, has an immediate hiring need for a Transportation Construction Manager. The Transportation Construction Manager (TCM) is responsible for overseeing construction inspection staff, consulting with contractors, consultants, engineers, job superintendents, and others in matters related to plans, specifications, materials, equipment, and the methods, practices and safety precautions involved in construction and installation of the work. The TCM oversees preparation of daily progress reports and maintains progress schedules; checks contractors' quotations for variations; keeps records of quantities and cost of materials used; prepares contractors' periodic progress payment claims and recommend payment.
