About this role
POSITION/PURPOSE:
The Maintenance Supervisor maintains property by creating comfortable and productive environments, as well as provides administrative and technical direction for the operation and maintenance of the building(s). Manages the property’s maintenance staff in conjunction with the Facilities Manager and/or General Manager and may be responsible for more than one site.
PRINCIPAL JOB ACTIVITIES:
Audit Operations - Maintain the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Facilities Manager and/or General Manager. Ensure operating personnel are capable of handling tasks (qualified people are in place), are productive and in compliance with OSHA and EPA.…
