About this role

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 annually Lead Healthcare Transformation for Older Adults At CenterLight Healthcare Systems, we believe healthcare should be coordinated, compassionate, and centered around the whole person. As a Clinical Service Director (CSD), you will provide leadership for interdisciplinary healthcare teams while helping older adults remain safely and independently in their communities.
