About this role

37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Union Position (NYSNA) Salary Range: $105,861.41 - $118,061.41* * Position's wages are contingent upon terms and conditions outlined in the collective bargaining agreement. Bring exceptional nursing care directly to the community. At CenterLight Healthcare PACE, you'll build lasting relationships with older adults while helping them remain safe, healthy, and independent in their own homes. Unlike traditional home care, you'll be part of an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) where your clinical expertise directly shapes each participant's individualized care plan.
