About this role

JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of interiors and exteriors of all properties owned by CenterLight Healthcare. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspects all heating systems and performs necessary repairs and maintenance to gas and oil systems. Inspects roofs, sewers, drains, and all public areas to determine the necessary maintenance and housekeeping. Inspects all utility rooms to determine repairs needed. Assist the Maintenance Mechanic with day-to-day operation, removal of garbage, cleaning exterior and chute. Assist with completed all repairs found during annual inspections Performs other daily and monthly preventive maintenance. Determines the priority of work orders. Participate in on call rotation and assignments routinely, and as needed.…
