In deze rol werk je met geavanceerde tools zoals Kaseya, ME24x7 en HP Aruba om IT- en netwerkdiensten te beheren, monitoren en continu te verbeteren. Je bent dé specialist die klanten ondersteunt bij complexe vraagstukken en ervoor zorgt dat hun systemen, netwerken en devices altijd beschikbaar en veilig zijn. Wat jij doet Als support consultant binnen managed services speel je een centrale rol in het beheer en de monitoring van IT- en netwerkomgevingen.
