About this role
Wil jij organisaties helpen hun IT-omgeving betrouwbaar, veilig en efficiënt te houden? Dat kan als support consultant MSP bij Centric. In deze rol werk je met tools zoals Kaseya en HP Web Jetadmin om IT-omgevingen en printinfrastructuren optimaal te beheren. Je bent dé specialist die klanten ondersteunt bij complexe IT-vraagstukken binnen een managed service omgeving. Je analyseert, lost problemen op en zorgt ervoor dat systemen en devices – van laptops tot printers – altijd maximaal presteren. Als Support Consultant binnen onze Managed Services ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van klantomgevingen. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving met veel klantcontact en een belangrijke rol binnen onze supportdienst.…
