About this role
What You’ll Do:
The Online Sales Counselor supports sales and marketing initiatives by responding, qualifying, and managing e-Leads, internet traffic, email, text, and phone information requests.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Provide same-day, immediate email/phone responses to all leads from the Century Communities website, 3rd party sources, signage, and other marketing.
• Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and answer questions, as you are responsible for guiding the customer through the "Buy Now" process.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until the contract is completed online.
• Maintain a database of leads through Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.…
