What You’ll Do: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the division’s construction, purchasing, starts, and warranty functions to ensure successful home delivery, strong customer satisfaction, efficient community launches, and achievement of financial and operational goals. The Vice President of Operations reports directly to the Division President. This position plays a critical role in the direction and management of the construction process and overall field management with a strong focus on execution, process discipline, and cross-functional alignment.
