About this role

Ο/Η Collection Agent αποτελεί το πρώτο σημείο επαφής με τους δανειολήπτες, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση και προτάσεις για λύσεις πληρωμής και ρύθμισης οφειλών, στο πλαίσιο ενός δομημένου και δεοντολογικού συστήματος διαχείρισης. Ο ρόλος συμβάλλει ουσιαστικά στη διαμόρφωση ρεαλιστικών, βιώσιμων λύσεων που ενισχύουν τη θετική εμπειρία του πελάτη και την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των απαιτήσεων της εταιρείας. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες: Λειτουργεί ως πρώτο σημείο επαφής με τους πελάτες, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις πληρωμής και ρύθμισης, με στόχο την επίτευξη των καθορισμένων στόχων σύμφωνα με τη στρατηγική της εταιρείας.
