Position Summary: We are seeking an Associate to support Cerity Partners’ legal department. The Associate Legal Counsel will help manage the legal department's shared inbox and provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and contractual matters, partnering closely with the legal department, compliance and other stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney to gain broad, hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced in-house legal team at a growing RIA. Primary Responsibilities Review and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor contracts, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
