About A brand company in the retail sector is looking to hire a Store Manager for Luxury designer brands in its retail outlet in PortHarcourt. • The Store Manager’s goal is to maximize employee productivity, ensure compliance and consistent execution of company Policy & Procedures and established Best Practices, and create an environment which is customer and results-driven. The Store Manager trains and develops Associate and Assistant Managers and is responsible for the development of Employees by him/herself or members of his/her management team. • Articulate Corporate mission and business goals within the store.
