Job Profile Summary Provide proactive support and assistance to the Group Company Secretary in all their areas of responsibility. Main Duties Company Secretarial and Governance Delivering Board and Committee governance Support including the preparation of agenda and papers for meetings, written resolutions minute taking and tracking of post meeting actions across boards and committees in line with applicable service levels. Carry out statutory company administration including maintenance of statutory registers and statutory filings in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Advise on and monitor compliance with applicable companies legislation and governance codes and regulations. Liaise with third party company secretarial service providers to Chaucer’s overseas companies.…
