한국에서 오퍼레이션·경영지원을 해온 분에게, 이 역할은 커리어의 무대를 크게 넓히는 자리입니다. 국내 백오피스 경험을 넘어 미국 본사의 재무·법무·펀딩 인프라와 한국 오퍼레이션을 잇는 크로스보더 오퍼레이션을 맡으며, 글로벌 스타트업이 실제로 어떻게 굴러가는지를 end-to-end로 다루게 됩니다.
Operations Manager는 회사 운영의 백본을 책임집니다. 흩어진 프로세스를 구조화하고, 외부 프로바이더·벤더를 조율하며, 반복은 자동화로 없앱니다. 영어로 미국 Leadership과 협업하고 재무·법무·펀딩 같은 영역을 가까이서 다루면서, 회사가 커지는 속도에 맞춰 오퍼레이션 리더로 성장할 수 있는 자리입니다.
