We’re hiring a Design Director to lead Product Design across our Spending, Savings, and Investing experiences. You’ll shape how millions of members interact with their money every day—from the experiences they rely on most often to the ones that help them build toward what’s next.
This role calls for a leader who pairs exceptional visual craft with strong product thinking. You’ll set a high bar for how our products look, feel, and work; build a clear design vision across a connected portfolio; and lead a talented team of designers in turning complex financial experiences into products that feel simple, intuitive, and distinctly Chime.
