About this role

About the role We’re hiring for a Product Designer on our Trust & Safety Disputes team. In this role, you’ll lead the design of the member-facing disputes experience across the lifecycle a customer goes through when they file a dispute, while also partnering on agent tooling where it meaningfully improves outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping what great looks like for Chime’s dispute experience as automation and AI evolve. You’ll focus on high-stakes moments of trust—ensuring members feel supported, informed, and confident—while identifying opportunities to streamline agent workflows through automation and intentional design, ultimately delivering more seamless and effective outcomes for everyone.…
