About this role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who possesses a passion for customer care and will work with our team of talented Customer Support Executives & colleagues across the business to provide the best possible end to end customer experience. What you can expect to be doing: Dealing with all queries that come in through live chat, email and through social media. Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience. Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team. Active participation in app growth and development. What we’re looking for: Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am to 10pm Monday - Sunday (Shift basis) 39 Hours a week, this may include working on either Saturday or Sunday..
