About this role
The Commercial Landman will report to and assist the Land Operations Land Managers on all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation and negotiation of potential transactions, land due diligence and closing preparation, and post-closing document management for Chord’s active “Ground Game” deal flow. This role requires strong data gathering and analysis, creativity, contract analysis, mapping, and title review to assess acreage position and deal quality, and to support corporate development decision making.
