JOB SUMMARY:
The Conferences & Events Manager serves as the Event Logistics Lead for all conferences and church wide (global) events. This role would be responsible for coordinating all event logistics and cross-functional efforts for conferences and global events. This position reports to the Director of Campus Logistics & Events.
CONFERENCES & EVENTS RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the event logistics lead for all conferences and church-wide events.
Work with the Event Visionary & Ministry Lead to coordinate event timelines, event meetings and event logistics.
Work cross-functionally with the Events Lead Team that will focus on event timelines, event details, event communication, event budget, etc.
Serve as the budget Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Global Events budget…
