Job Details PRIMARY FUNCTION : ChristianaCare is hiring a Chaplain III to provide pastoral care to patients/families and staff of Christiana Care. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide for the spiritual/religious needs of patients/families, staff, students, and volunteers. Demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to provide care appropriate to the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric population. This requires the ability to obtain and interpret information to identify age-specific patient needs, and to provide the care needed. Provide supervisory leadership and/or support for spiritual services activities in assigned clinical areas and in other areas when needed.
