Job Details Are you passionate about trauma education and advancing clinical excellence? ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Trauma Education Program Coordinator . In this role, you will lead and coordinate trauma-focused educational programs that support the development of nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members across the organization. You will oversee nationally recognized trauma education courses, ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, develop and mentor instructors, and drive continuous improvement in trauma education outcomes.
