Job Summary The Collections Specialist II is responsible for managing insurance collections, resolving claim denials, processing appeals, and ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. Knowledge of home infusion and healthcare reimbursement processes is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage third-party billing and collections activities.
