Job Description Job Overview The Medication History Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks. Shift: You will be required to work anywhere from 3a - 11p, Sun – Sat. Main Duties Gather and verify complete medication lists and patient allergies. Document all medication details in electronic records. Interview patients/caregivers and consult pharmacists to resolve discrepancies. Assist with quality assurance data, clinical services, order handling, and support pharmacists with data entry and insurance claims.…
