The Operations Fulfillment Analyst – OFA, (Account Installation Senior Analyst), plays a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and renewal of group health plans. Serving as the bridge between Sales and Implementation, the OFA reviews, validates, and prepares implementation documentation for Medical, Pharmacy, Vision, and Dental products, ensuring all requirements are complete, accurate, and compliant before implementation begins.
