Summary: The CDH Triage team is a part of the larger CDH Services organization which serves at the hub of the integrated accumulator ecosystem between Express Scripts, Cigna, our Health Plan clients and third party medical benefit providers. It is a fast paced, high volume work environment with around 10K requests worked annually; requests vary in type and complexity from administrative to issue management.
