Location: Memphis Fulfillment Center – 1620 Century Center Parkway, Memphis, TN Work Schedule: This work schedule will be a mid-shift schedule (Late AM start and evening end time) Role Summary The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day fulfillment operations, providing direct supervision of pharmacy technicians and production staff to ensure safe, accurate, compliant, and efficient prescription fulfillment. The role is accountable for productivity, quality, staffing, employee development, and operational performance across assigned shifts and work areas.
